摘要:介紹了白龍港污水處理廠污泥處理處置二期工程離心脫水系統(tǒng)的工藝設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備參數(shù)和進(jìn)泥參數(shù)校正情況,并以實(shí)際調(diào)試為依據(jù),對(duì)影響離心脫水機(jī)出泥含水率的幾個(gè)重要因子(藥劑投加量、污泥進(jìn)泥量、稀釋水、主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)分析,同時(shí)進(jìn)行離心機(jī)恒扭矩試驗(yàn),得出恒扭矩設(shè)置數(shù)值和最佳輔機(jī)扭矩目標(biāo)值,最終確定該型號(hào)離心脫水機(jī)的運(yùn)行區(qū)間;在該運(yùn)行區(qū)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行168 h性能考核試驗(yàn),最終得出最佳運(yùn)行參數(shù)和運(yùn)行結(jié)果,對(duì)類似大型污泥脫水系統(tǒng)工藝運(yùn)行具有參考意義。
Abstract:The process design, equipment parameters and sludge feeding parameter correction of centrifugal dewatering system for sludge treatment and disposal phase Ⅱ project of Bailonggang sewage treatment plant are introduced. On the basis of practical commissioning, several key factors such as agent dosage, sludge inflow, dilution water, and main engine speed, which affect the water content of the sludge outflow from the centrifugal dehydrator are tested and analyzed. At the same time, the constant torque test of the centrifuge is carried out, and the setting value of constant torque and the target value of the best auxiliary machine torque are obtained. Finally, the operation range of this type of centrifugal dehydrator is determined. The 168 h performance test is carried out in the operation range, and the optimal operation parameters are obtained, which has reference significance for similar large sludge dewatering system process operation.
